This is a End User License Agreement for digital assets purchased from Red Dot Graphix.

DEFINITIONS:

1. Digital Asset - refers to any material sold by Red Dot Graphix including but not limited to 3D models, textures, materials, and images.
2. End User - refers to any person who has purchased the Digital Asset.

LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN RED DOT GRAPHIX AND END USER

As an End User you are allowed to use the Digital Asset in the following ways:

1. You are authorized to use, copy, modify the Digital Asset for any use which is not restricted by the Limitations outlined below.
2. You are authorized to use images, animations (renderings) and interactive products generated using the Digital Assets to promote your personal or commercial products or services.

Limitations

The use of Digital Asset purchased from Red Dot Graphix in any and all applications that imply redistribution is prohibited without prior written permission.

1. You are not authorized to sell, resell, sell as, duplicate, distribute, sub-license, publish, market, or re-present - for re-sale or as free objects, any Digital Asset, or any derivative thereof.

Warranty

Red Dot Graphix has made efforts to insure the Digital Asset is free from defects and usable in most major 3D software applications and game engines; however, due to the instability and inconsistency of software, hardware and operating systems, it is not possible for Red Dot Graphix to provide any warranty or guarantee pertaining to the performance of the Digital Asset. If you are unclear whether your intended use of a Red Dot Graphix Digital Asset is acceptable under this License Agreement, please contact support at support@reddotgraphix.com for clarification and/or written permission.

1. Ownership. Red Dot Graphix retains, subject to this license agreement between Red Dot Graphix and End User, copyright to content purchased from Red Dot Graphix.
2. Rights Granted. Red Dot Graphix grants the End User who purchased the Digital Asset, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to: publicly perform, publicly display, and digitally perform said content.
3. Rights Not Granted. All other rights included in copyright are excluded from this license.
4. Resale. The resale or redistribution by the End User of any content purchased from Red Dot Graphix is expressly prohibited.

Red Dot Graphix takes measures to ensure the Digital Asset meet high quality standards and functions as advertised but makes no warranties, express or implied, of said Digital Asset.

DISCLAIMER

1. The content provided by Red Dot Graphix is scanned and tested for viruses. Although every effort has been made to keep files virus free, Red Dot Graphix does not accept any responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss (including but not limited to loss of profits) that may occur while using the Digital Asset purchased from Red Dot Graphix.
